Airgoods is growing rapidly and we're looking for someone to help drive the next phase of our expansion as we build a multi-billion dollar company.
For this role, we’re seeking someone to own supply-side acquisition engine that fuels hundreds of new seller sign-ups each month.
You will:
- Source & qualify the trendiest food & beverage CPG brands (lists, scraping, referrals).
- Build automated outreach in HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Gumloop, etc.
- Test channels (email, LinkedIn, X, events) and double-down on what converts.
- Ship weekly reports on leads, sign-ups, conversion rates; iterate fast.
- Jump in wherever needed to deliver a best-in-class user experience.

🛠️ What you bring
Must-haves
- You’re a natural at building relationships, asking the right questions, and guiding conversations toward conversion.
- You have strong written and verbal communication. You can clearly and persuasively explain Airgoods’ value to brands at various stages.
- Analytical mindset; you track tests, run A/Bs, and iterate fast.
- You’re organized, curious, and detail-oriented – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where things change quickly and speed matters.
- NYC‑based or willing to relocate; team collaborates in person 5 days a week.
Bonus points
- Experience building AI-powered outbound workflows (Zapier, Python, OpenAI, Operator).
- Early-stage startup or CPG / B2B marketplace background.
- Sharp eye for breakout brands and emerging food trends.
- Experience with SQL and data analytics + visualization.
👋 Who you’ll work with
Aaron (co-founder and CEO): Aaron studied Economics at Yale, where he met Elian and Paolo. After Yale, he worked at an emerging VC fund in New York with Elian; that fund would later write the first check into Airgoods. He grew up helping his dad run the wholesale side of a brick & mortar retail store in Portland, Maine.
Paolo (co-founder and CTO): Paolo studied Computer Science and Economics at Yale. Previously worked as a software engineer at his brother’s startup Momence (YC S20). Grew up in Brazil before coming to the US for college. Played soccer at Yale and loves sports.
Elian (co-founder and COO): Elian studied Economics at Yale, played on the soccer team alongside Paolo and captained the team for two years. He also worked with Aaron at an emerging VC fund for 1.5 years of his time at Yale. Grew up in Asia and Europe before moving to Milwaukee before college.
You’ll also jam daily with growth & engineering teammates Andrés, Emilio, Sergio and Steven.
